The objective of the program safety and health at work is to establish the parameters that govern the basic design of an occupational health program, which ensures comprehensive care for the health and safety of workers in the workplace and third party may be adversely affected. The target is to ensure worker health through protection and prevention against occupational hazards, ensuring adaptability of workers, disseminating occupational health policies aimed at enhancing the physical, mental and social well being of all workers, studying and implementing prevention, diagnosis, intervention and rehabilitation to ensure primary prevention of unwanted events or an appropriate and timely care in the event that a worker suffers an accident at work or an occupational disease.

Capacitacion and Coaching

                                    

Training and coaching are labor education activities which prepare workers for developing a position or function inside an organization more efficiently.

Training is knowledge transfer an employee to improve efficiency in the position or the position held. The knowledge transfer generally relate to issues that make reference system to the company, eg about the functioning of the company, product or service features and production processes.

The training is to develop skills for the execution of tasks and operations executed in office for example, operating systems and machinery in the plant.

Training and training activities is providing knowledge and help develop faster concepts, skills, attitudes and skills to develop optimally charged. They are important because they contribute to organizational effectiveness and organizational efficiency also help the personal and professional development of workers.

My Challenge in the Management of Human Talent

                                  

It is considered that the area of human talent is one of the most complex to manage in an organization because you need to have great capacity for assertive communication, good interpersonal skills and attitude to internal customer sevice at the same time be impartial and exacting when go to make important decisions that commit workers; therefore it is a big challenge for me, because I think it will not be easy to handle this situation with the largest professionalism but I cope. It is also a major challenge in my life to learn how to interact with people much but I have the quality of being kind and respectful to everyone around me.

The last fundamental challenge in my work is to learn to control and coordinate the various processes that make up the Department of Human Resource because although I have the knowledge and some experience in this work still I have much to learn to provide my company the best of my abilities to take her to a path of growth and success.

Although the various processes of the area are not complex to operate, The Human Resource department has a little easy, create a bridge of communication between the board and the employee area to strengthen the communication.
